Elizabeth A. Abramowitz, Ph.D.
Founder, President and CEO
Dr. Abramowitz was a founder of PSI Services, Inc. and PSI Family Services, Inc. and, in 1997, founded and incorporated ASIWorks, Inc. as a separate company. Dr. Abramowitz owns 51% of ASIWorks, Inc.

Dr. Abramowitz served in The White House from 1977 – 1979 as Assistant Director of Education and Women’s Issues. Previously she worked for several organizations devoted to the advancement of education, including the Howard University Institute for the Study of Educational Policy, Institute for Services to Education, National Association of School Psychologists, and the College Entrance Examination Board. Dr. Abramowitz earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The Catholic University of America and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and B.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California – Berkeley Campus.

Michael E. Abramowitz, Esq.
General Counsel and Treasurer
Mr. Abramowitz is General Counsel/Treasurer of ASIWorks.  He previously worked as an independent consultant and as Senior Associate for A.L. Nellum and Associates, Inc.  Mr. Abramowitz has a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in mathematics from Brown University.  He is admitted to practice by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit and is a memeber of the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Abramowitz owns 49% of ASIWorks, Inc.

Helen B. Dortch
Senior Vice President, Finance
Mrs. Dortch brings nearly forty years of accounting, financial services and management experience to ASIWorks, Inc..  She has worked for the company for twenty-two years and has been responsible for the successful delivery of administrative and financial services to government and private sector clients during this time.  Mrs. Dortch has a B.S. in Business Administration and has done additional graduate studies in accounting at the University of Maryland.

Shawn L. Rubbin
Creative Director
Ms. Rubbin brings over 25 years of creative professional experience to ASIWorks, Inc. Before, during, and after attending Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY for graphic design/art direction, Ms. Rubbin contributed her creativity to product development, promotion, and marketing for the licensed properties of Universal Press Syndicate. Ms. Rubbin is entering her 17th year in association with PSI Services and PSI Family Services, overseeing print production and development. With ASIWorks, Inc. since 1997, she is responsible for digital/web/internet development and assists in project development.

Melvin B. Williams
Vice President, Human Resources
Since 1996, Mr. Williams has been responsible for administration of personnel, training, benefits,  compliance reporting and related human resources services.  He is an expert in union negotiations and arbitration, EEO policies and procedures, and investigation and resolution of employee complaints and grievances.  Mr. Williams has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Karen E. Williamson, MBA
Vice President, Development
Ms. Williamson has over 30 years of marketing, product development and communications experience.  Prior to joining ASIWorks in 2007, she worked for 17 years for managed health care companies serving Medicaid, Medicare and other underserved populations.  Ms. Williamson has an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics from Wellesley College.
