ASI Payroll Services is responsible for our payroll contracts for over 50 facilities and over 5,000 employees. "

Jeffrey Kotroba holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Finance from Towson State University in Maryland. He manages all ASI payroll services, supervising staff and ensuring timely processing of electronic and manual timesheets.

Mr. Kotroba has risen through the ranks to Senior Accountant for Payroll Services. He has ten years of relevant accounting experience, including eight years at ASI.

Reducing payroll headaches and saving our clients time

ASI helps clients not only manage large and small payroll requirements, but also meet compliance requirements from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Our Payroll Department works closely with our Human Resources Specialists to insure our clients’ compliance with international payroll regulations and related issues facing employers.

ASI Payroll Services include, but are not limited to:

Establishing secure web-based payroll reporting, pay stub, and management reports
Design and installation of electronic, IVR (audio) or paper timesheets
Staff training of timesheet use
Payroll process services and verification
Payroll deductions, including benefits, taxes and special garnishments
Direct deposit, debit cards and tamper-proof checks
Monthly cash management and obligations reports
Quarterly and year-end tax services

In 2008, ASI generated over 2,000 electronic timesheet transactions each pay period, through our web-based payroll system. ASI processed over $22 million in gross payroll for 2008 for our clients.
