Mrs. Thomas brings over 37 years of accounting experience to her position. She supervisors accounts payable staff and oversees accounting systems and their controls.

Mrs. Thomas is senior contracts manager for our payments contracts with private and public entities.

Accurate and timely payment services are why ASI Payment Services are successful. ASI works on the clients’ pay cycle, processing fees, reimbursements, and travel expenses. We pay tuition and training costs and stipends for child care, foster care, and other beneficiaries.

The Accounts Payable Department staff is experienced in all types of transactions: checks, debit cards, EFT and ACH. Our automated accounting systems include our priority software along with licensed accounting software, which we use to create paper vouchers and invoices, create monthly statements and customized payment reports.

For interested clients, ASI MIS and Accounts Payable staff work together to offer dedicated secure websites, which allow our clients and their staff to track individual payments, payment histories and obligations.

In 2008, Accounts Payable processed over 1,500 claims per month. Our turn around rate for payments always met or exceeded the requirements set by our clients.
