Mr. Wallace holds a Masters In Business Administration in General Business from Jacksonville University in Florida and a bachelors degree (with Honors) from Southern Illinois University. He has over twenty years of management experience in electronic medical billing, provider training, and HIPAA-compliant reviews.

Mr. Wallace is Contracts Manager for our major state and federal collections contracts.

ASI Collections and Recovery staff are Claims Processors and Collections Specialists. ASI contracts with state and federal agencies for third party medical billing to Medicaid, Medicare, all major national carriers and private payors. Our automated accounting, tracking and reporting systems allow us to offer efficient and cost effective service to our clients.

We pride ourselves on our ability to help private payors achieve positive payment plans, by not losing our human touch.

In 2008, ASI collected 90% of all claims billed.

ASI is a member of ACA International, the Association for Credit and Collections Professionals and former member of the Board of the Regional chapter. ASI is also a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
